Great facility, bad 3rd party service
I rented a unit here, and was very pleased with the facility manager. The party I went through, Sparefoot I assume, gave me bad info about prorated storage fees, as in there are none. What I need for a week will cost me the entire month. I'm tired of being lied to, and this is yet another episode. Call the facility directly, they're honest.
