I cannot say enough about the incredible customer service of Coquita. We have been renting a small unit here for a year, but as we approach a renovation we urgently needed the biggest unit available. When I visited in December, Coquita helped look for available units and while none were available, she took down our info and said she’d call if something became available. She also gave us a rate adjustment on our current unit and gave me some tips. Then just this week, we got a call from Coquita the second a 10x20 opened up. She had followed through and despite probably working with thousands of clients, she had the care to remember our needs. She truly has saved our remodel and we are so grateful!

Coquita and Paul are absolutely amazing. Coquita's personality every time I came in made me look forward to coming to my unit instead of dreading it. I wish the hours were more customer friendly as other reviews have mentioned, but the customer service folks make up for it with smiles, laughter, and professionalism.

A big shout out to Coquita. She is a problem solver and stays with you until everything is resolved. I needed to transfer to a smaller unit at the UVillage property and she made it happen with follow up calls and working with her manager. When I went in today to finalize the transfer, Wesley was all ready for me. This is what customer service is.

I’ve been a customer for about five months now and this is hands-down the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had with any company! The app and website have been rejecting my payments for days with a “bank unable to process” error, even though I tried three different debit cards that work everywhere else. Because I’m the full-time caregiver for my partner who is battling cancer, I can’t just drive to the facility right now, so I called for help. The woman who answered — she said she was the Property Manager — sounded miserable from the first word. Zero interest in helping, cold tone, completely dismissive. When I explained my situation and asked to speak with someone who actually cared, she hung up on me without saying another word. Meanwhile, Paul at this location has always been genuinely kind, professional, and straight-up helpful every single time I’ve dealt with him. He’s the only reason this place hasn’t lost me as a customer sooner. Public Storage needs to get rid of this Property Manager immediately and put Paul in charge — he’s a real adult who knows how to treat people with basic respect, even when things get hectic. I’m now terrified my unit is going to auction because your online payment system is broken and your manager refuses to help. Counting the days until I can get my stuff out and never come back. Do better, Public Storage.
