It's good pricing spaces tiny but enough know how much you need and get what you need at a decent price definitely would recommend customer service was really great.
They make you get insurance. They don't provide complimentary lock. They charged $30 sign up fee.
Luis was amazing at scheduling time to showing me the unit, walk through the details of renting and providing ongoing representation after move in. Excellent customer service!
We have had a covered unit for our camper for almost a year and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. It was very secure, clean, and the staff were always helpful and easy to get in contact with. We wound up no longer needing the unit earlier than previously anticipated and Justin was extremely helpful and made the whole process painless and expedient. If we are ever in need of covered storage for our camper again we will definitely be going back.
It was easy. Normally storage representatives will take me on a tour and show me my storage unit, etc. (which I really hate because I'm anti-social when I'm in the process of moving) At Ryder's RV & Self Storage, I paid my unit online. Next day went to the office, gave my driver's license to the manager and he gave me the code for gate and for my unit. Took under 5 minutes. Moved my stuff in my unit and have nothing to complain about. 😄 Some people like me prefer none to minimal contact. So I feel like my experience with Ryder's was a solid 10/10. Have a blessed day 👌👍👏

I recently needed a storage unit and was able to set things up last minute. JORDAN was the associate I worked with. He was very kind and worked with me throughout the entire process. He was very prompt in communicating with me through email and text. You cannot go wrong working with Jordan. His company is without a doubt blessed to have him on staff. I will never return. The person I spoke to was very rude. His name is Jordan. I don't know why he works there if he's not going to help the customer. That's his job. They should hire people with a good attitude. He didn’t want to help me I try to explain why I was calling and he just start yelling saying that his boos wasn’t there that he couldn’t do anything I couldn’t even explain him what was the problem and he just he hang up on me. Please hire someone that is going to help the customer and not have a bad attitude.
