Great customer service and a well run facility
Smartstop Representative Taylor was friendly, helpful and efficient. Excellent service! The facility also is modern and not run down like some storage places. The only thing I would complain about is the substantial increases is rental prices every six months if not sooner.

It's necessary to switch storage facilities frequently, as they always have huge increases in rates a few months after moving in. This facility has good initial move in rates and specials. And easy move in process makes it not such a hassle. All units on ground floor with easy access. This is the second time I've rented a unit here. Hopefully the special rates will last at least a few months.

Needed a storage fast. Saw the add for first month free and called. What I was not told was this rate was a promotional rate and now it went up 100. I also have my rv in a spot and am paying 105 to store it.
Amanda McDowellTena was extremely helpful from the beginning, calling to hear what I needed and help with my obstacles. After arriving to get my unit she greeted my son and I, made us comfortable. She taught me how to use the keys and informed me of the benefits like a bathroom on site and security procedures. Happy we chose it!

Lady WavySmart Stop....psshhh more like Con Stop!! Do not go here for your storage!! They are liers. They got me by saying my rent would be $55/mo which was a hell of a deal so I took it and then it more than doubled and all they say is yea it went up to $130 in Nov. They did not provide any form notice that it was going up nor have they provided a legitimate reason for it. Ridiculous and outrageous pricing and late fees never have I ever heard of late fees at the rate they charge. STAY AWAY FROM SMART STOP!!
