The person who helped with the online rental stated we needed to except the renters insurance before we could proceed. That was not the case and trying to get my refund. I told him I had my own insurance

We visited Public Storage on Stoll Road in Olympia, WA. We were quite frustrated with finding options that met our needs. Ian took time with us to clearly explain what was available and the related price for the units. It was very reassuring to talk to a person who was so knowledgeable and considerate. We will definitely use this storage facility again when the need arises.

I met with Kim at the Stoll Rd facility and while I was being a teensy bit difficult (she might say it was more than a teensy bit ,😒) she stayed professional and really nice about what I was asking for. Denise GubbePublic storage is a great place to keep your storage. It’s dry. It’s clean. I’ve never had any problems. The only thing that I would like, is for it to be easier to upgrade to a different size online once you already have a unit. The site/app doesn’t give you the opportunity to upgrade to a larger unit. You can upgrade, but only to have 24 hour service. It would be nice if you could upgrade to a bigger size somehow but I have no complaints. It’s a great place and I would highly recommend it.

The facility its self is clean well cared for and managed. The grounds keeper/manager on site couldn’t help me enough and couldn’t answer enough questions in perfect detail for me. I felt like I had all of his attention while I was looking for the appropriate unit for my needs and he went above and beyond. Thank you so much I’m happy to do business with this company.
