I have been using public storage for about 7 years now and this location has been consistently exceptional. I have not felt worried about safety when going long spans away from my unit and Sue does an amazing job of keeping things clean on the property. Any time she passes while I’m there she checks in to make sure everything is well with my unit. I see no reason to look elsewhere for storage options!
Kati LeeI would stay far way from this place. Just recently went into my storage unit and everything is covered in rat feces. A few droppings are understandable, but I am having to toss items that I paid to keep safe because they are no longer useable do to this. They are not even providing the basic service of providing a storage space that protects peoples possessions. This is gross negligence on this storage facility to not notify it's tenants of this and has created a dangerous situation to even try to remediate due to the amount of feces and piss that we are now having to go through. For 3 years I paid to keep my items safe and 3 years later, they are destroyed. It was a waste of time and money to ever put anything in here.

I've been with public storage for over two years and I know that managers cannot do that. This person's review is hateful and targeted. It should be removed.
