To start over the phone I had a challenging time getting through to the facility however when I walked in to address my move out concerns with Ray the person working at the Bremerton Facility he was exceptionally understanding and warm with my concerns. He solved the problem right there on the spot! In tandem he also made my day with his warm inviting personality and made it bitter sweet to lost access to such warm and courteous interactions that far surpasses the term customer service. Community/family compassion closely defines the interaction. If nothing else Ray is the reason to us this facility! Also I'm sure he deserves a raise as well! Thank you so much Ray for your hospitality!

There are a lot of options for storage in the area. I caution anyone reading this review to absolutely not store things you care about here. Take your business somewhere else. We stored our camper van at this facility and the catalytic converter was tampered with. Loosened but luckily not successfully stolen. We also had white paint smudged on our windshield at some point while it was stored there. We noticed that the barbed wire fence directly next to the main office and gate had been (very obviously) cut. See photos. When I called the office to tell them about it they had no idea that it had been cut. And I do mean it was right next to the main office… That level of disregard for security is extremely concerning when it’s your valuable property you are trusting them to keep secure. I gave the property management an opportunity to rectify this situation and while they were friendly and seemed empathetic to what happened, their only response was to say that they would “open a work order” for the fence. We decided to no longer store our van there and asked if they could at least refund us prorated rent as we just paid $215 for the month on the first (3 days ago). They told me that they did not have the ability to refund. Could be true but I don’t buy it considering they have a POS system that charges cards. Considering what had happened that would have literally been the least they could do. But instead they directed me to call the corporate 1-800 number to get a refund which was an absolute waste of my time and didn’t go anywhere. ***Update*** Shockingly I took these photos in May. I honestly didn’t realize that much time had passed since the barbed wire was cut… I acknowledge that I should have reported this sooner but frankly the damage was so obvious and close to the front office that I figured there was no need. So I snapped a couple of photos just in case I needed them in the future and what do you know? I did!

After moving from Japan, we needed a fast and easy storage place before visiting family on the East Coast. I mean fast, like we were on our way to SEATAC and the rep was awesome - Got our unit, instructions, a nice conversation, and moved in our bins all within a half hour. I have every intention to use their services for a long time and recommend it to others looking for storage. Also the guy working there is super good people!

Tony, the store manager was kind enough to register me for a new unit over the phone. He was very professional knowledgeable and patient. I’ve used Public Storage in the past and I’ve always had nothing but great service. Tony though hit it out of the park great guy hats off to Public Storage here in Bremerton, Washington. You have a great guy working for you and you have a great Storage location off of Kitsap Way. I am one very satisfied customer.

Great experience today at this storage facility. They went above and beyond for me. I highly recommend this place!! When I came in to rent the space it was clean and ready for me. A few days later I had a key issue and it was resolved on the spot. Great customer service. Thanks so much!
