Best bang for your buck
The location is nice, the appearance is the nicest I've seen of any storage unit facility, location is great for me, my only issue is the hours to access the storage unit. I'd rather have 24hr access or at least earlier/later access. There's no management or security personnel on site so I don't see why they couldn't have it 24 hr being it's all automated.

bob wahRoof leaked twice - unrecoverable loss to photo albums, paintings, furniture, TVs, and kids artwork from their school years. They then raised my rent while our items were still wet. Literally, the single worst business experience I’ve had in my 58 years. Go anywhere else - this company literally offered no support, understanding nor financial assistance, at all. So happy to have moved out. Would give them 0 stars if I could.
