Move In Day
The kiosk stopped working after putting in all my information to obtain the storage. Went online, put all my information in and the system froze. Tried kiosk again - nothing Called the 800 number - 3 times to get help. Last time I called I was able to finally get into the storage facility. Now I'm trying to make a payment but can not find access to a bill pay on the web sight. Called main line - connected to another person - Wait time was over 10 minutes.

I have had a 10x30 unit since October 1999 it used to be Nathan‘s mini storage of New Baltimore when I rented it now it’s called storage wise and Never had a problem until April 2024 and then somebody cut my lock off the back door and replaced it with another lock 🔒 and then everything and anything of value was taken from the unit and all they left me was trash basically that I had to clean out and took too the Fauquier Dump Site March 5, 2026 And although the website says less to rent a 10x30 per month I got charged $332. Per month ‼️ So up until things started getting taken from me/my unit it wasn’t a bad place to have But I will Never Use Nathan‘s/Storage Wise Again ‼️
