I have no complaints of Public Storage. I have the 10 x 4 unit. It is very easy to access their facility and I like the proximity of my storage unit to the entrance. In particular, Susan was very helpful on my first time accessing the unit. She showed me the process to enter and she helped me find a cart to put my items on and wheel to my unit. Susan made the process so simple and stress free! I wish there was a Susan at every place of business I have to frequent .
