His honesty, genuine nature and knowledge solidified my choice with the facility. In a few months it will be a year for my unit. My belongings are almost 100% my son’s childhood keepsakes, toys and memories. I feel confident to know that they are safe. The grounds and units are well maintained, no issues with rodents, leaks or interior corridor lighting. I appreciate the 24/7 access and always feel secure when I am there on off-peak hours. The amount of surveillance and stellar customer service is unmatched. Mr. Jeff responds personally aside from the customer service agents addressing my concerns/needs.
