Mona VSam was very pleasantly and helpful. He made sure I understood everything; pricing, sizes of units and he helped me with the app that gives access to the units, payment info, etc. You can open gate with the app. Would highly recommend. Update 12/2/23. You cannot have more than ONE user on app to open gate. I had to physically punch in gate code (which is a total hassle as you have to lift the flip over the # panel and punch in the code. You can't read the screen because the tape holding the flap is over the screen) The women at the desk couldn't tell me why I couldn't access the gate thru the app.
