We signed up for a unit. The service was great. Very simple to do. The unit was very clean. The front desk person was very nice and professional and explained everything in a matter that was easy to follow

Hishito is very professional / Public Storage Fits the Need
Hishito is very professional and helpful. During the initial appointment, I got to see what I was trying to rent and determined it wouldn't fit my needs. I upgraded to a 10x10 unit and am quite happy with the unit. I explained I was parking a motorcycle and folding motorcycle trailer in the unit and Hishito was very understanding. Overall, the pricing and the arrangement (for about 6 to 8 months) seems very reasonable.

The worst storage facility I've ever used in my life. you can't reach a real person if you need them immediately. The app is garbage. It barely works half the time. You have to pay extra to get 24-hour access and they will raise your rent at a moment's notice they say they can only get a person to cut open locks once a month I wouldn't recommend public storage to anyone. Just stay away.
Kristen DagenaisWelcome to Bait and Switch Storage, where you will end up paying 166% of the rate they sell you on. I started at 150 and am now at 250. Called to negotiate a new rate, while looking at the website informing me there were available units identical to my own at 170, and was informed they couldn't get me a better rate based on the market. They could've been honest and come out and said they didn't expect me to move. Joke's on them, 960 bucks a year for the same service is not acceptable to me.

Skeeter JackzonKaylee was absolutely fantastic! She was kind and patient with the lady in front of me and took her time and thoroughly explained everything. She was immediately ready to help and assist me she was thorough, detailed, obviously very knowledgeable, nice, positive, was able to explain to me in a way that I would understand about what I was asking for. Gave me a detailed answer and reasoning. Seems like a very nice positive asset to the company. I will definitely be attempting to refer anyone that I know needs a storage unit locally to this public storage facility 100% for sure! Hope everyone has an amazing day thank you so much again
Cadasia BoxleyI paid my bill and it took them 30 minutes to even let me back in the gate now i am late to everything i have to do. If i paid right then in there the gate should unlock simple.
