I would recommend avoiding Unit 4725 or any units nearby. I rented a 10x30 storage unit and, less than a month in, discovered that the roof was leaking. Unfortunately, this caused water damage to several of my boxes, and I had to spend hundreds of dollars on labor to move my belongings to a different unit. To their credit, management did refund my month of rent and offered me another unit within the facility. However, the experience was frustrating overall. Reporting the issue and getting it resolved was difficult, as it’s hard to reach someone directly. The front desk manager is kind and professional, but the office is often unattended, so communication typically requires leaving a voicemail and waiting until the next day for a response. Because of the leak and the challenges with timely communication, I’m giving this rating.
