ZERO stars!!!! Don’t rent from the Parker Rd one in Danville. They are terrible! They have mouse that eat your stuff up and roaches! I had to throw out a lot of expensive stuff. The Manager is rude, and she lies and says she sends emails out when they don’t. I’m surprised they haven’t gotten a law suit before now. Be careful when it rains or snows because the walk way is slippery and it’s no signs displayed staying they are slippery. I slipped twice and fell. I won’t be renting a storage from them again!! I would suggest anyone that wants to rent from them not to. I’m not saying all of them are bad just the Parker Rd one from my experience.
