Steve is such a really kind person! He has always been very helpful and goes out of his way to assure the Chester, VA facility is kept clean and tidy. He's very professional and courteous and overall a great person. The security is in place and I have never felt unsafe there alone in my unit. I would highly recommend this facility and definalty feel Steve is the greatest asset to this business!Thank you!

I needed a storage space pretty quickly. Tammy was extremely helpful, professional and got things handled pretty quickly.

This is a very clean and by the looks of it a well run storage facility. We met a guy who was selling an item there. DO NOT RELY on Google maps for the entrance! It will take you 100 yards past the entrance, so just beware if travelling there using maps. Other than that it was a nice place. Automatic gates and inside and outside storage facilities.

Lola GrahamI have had a Climate Controlled storage unit here for about 10 years. Previously I had a unit at U-haul and because of a water leak, my furniture was ruined. They denied reimbursement and told me to contact another company because a moving truck was responsible for the dent in the wall that lead to the water leak. I got the run around and was never compensated. Since then, I have been with Enon and have had absolutely no problems. The staff is awesome and always on top of things. I would recommend this place to anyone for short or long term storage. They will take care of you.
