New, Modern, and Efficient
Dennis was very helpful, friendly, and efficient in setting me up in the facility. It is a new complex, very clean, great air conditioning, on the edge of town. Two days after I locked in my price, which was a fair price, it went up significantly. Lucky me, but not so for those following. Storage Sense should not do that, not cool at all.

The location is also convenient and it was easy to locate our unit. The process to secure a unit was also easy. I highly recommend Storage Sense and would come back if we needed one again.

It was very convenient to pay the invoice through the website.The only downside is that you cannot see a summary of past payments, the amount and when they were made. However, the staff at the office was able to provide that to me. The summary, or ledger, was emailed to me as soon as I requested it from the manager. The backside of the building of the Vision Lane, Charlottesville location is quite dark and could benefit from some additional lighting.
midnight cFantastic place! The facility is well maintained, well air conditioned, and very easy to navigate. The absolute best part of our experience was the assistant manager, Derrick Brown. He was so kind, attentive, and made the whole progress incredibly easy. 100/10 experience.
