We had some issues of reserving the storage unit online. We came to the site and met the specialist at the site office. I believe his name was Tommie. Tommie was very professional. He listened to our issues and find ways to help us on the spot. Not only he resolved our issue he helped us save money too. Tommie is the best!
Simmi SinghOur unit had no lights, and is actively leaking water over our furniture and has damaged boxes and boxes of belongings. Multiple attempts at reaching management and no response. Will never recommend this unit to others.
Dwan MuehlingFirst don’t get me started on them raising the rent by $100 on the 4th month. but really warrants this 1 star rating is their inability to maintain the property. After a light snowfall, maybe less than 2”, they failed to plow any of the side streets around the units and this was two days after snowfall. It definitely wasn’t a thin sheet of ice and in spots. It was the entire side streets. When I asked the office, their answer was they can’t plow ice. I might be female, but understand if the streets were plowed in the beginning they definitely wouldn’t have been an ice rink.
