Update: They have cleaned the common spaces and the giant trash pile in the parking lot! My unit was full of dead bugs, webs and dust though. It's extremely dark in the units so bring flashlights and/or headlamps. On the day of my move after speaking with the manager who told me she'd be there. There was nobody at the front desk from 1pm to 430pm and based on multiple people that were there before me, nobody was there before 130pm either. I left multiple messages the day of the move and nobody called me back until 24 hours later. We needed a smaller unit than originally planned due to downsizing. I said it was urgent in the message since we were on our way there with the movers but that didn't matter. We didn't get a call back until the next day after we moved our things inside. It's concerning that you can't reach anyone in the event of an emergency. My movers said couldn't get their truck into the loading zone because they suddenly put a 12.5 foot clearance bar after 15 years of allowing 13 foot trucks. They had to unload outside of the gate and deal with entering a code every single time they needed to go inside and out. An earlier reviewer who described this place as a "hell pit" was very accurate. It does not feel climate controlled but this was a summer day. It feels better now in the Fall weather. The entire space is dirty. People have discarded their trash in the parking lot and the wind blows it everywhere.

Karina in the rental office was extremely helpful and pleasant! She resolved my issue quickly and efficiently. I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome.

No lights in units, they raise your rent every month and there’s barely any room to effectively move your things in and out without damage. Front desk staff are never present and don’t pick up the phone.

Unscrupulous but what do you expect. I've been here for over a year. I cannot recommend moving into one of the units without elevator access. Every three months, they try to double my rent. While communication has improved, it was painful to get a hold of anybody in the office or the property manager when I first moved in a year ago, using other Public Storage franchises as a relay. Now, I just check in with the property manager every three months to keep the price somewhat close to what's listed on the website. Don't worry though, there are other things to be concerned about now. Recently, 24/7 access was announced for $20 and regular access was curtailed by almost half alongside this. If your time and frustration are an important factor in your self storage choice, I do not recommend.
