The gentleman… Who was busy tending to a maintenance issue dropped everything he was doing immediately and quickly cut the lock. While I was waiting for the lock to be cut, the young woman had a wonderful conversation w/ me and kept me occupied and entertained even! Not just for you folks… But the world needs more people like you have at that location!
