Lisa was wonderful. Assisted me theforms price and unit. The first unit was not happy and immediately sent email to Lisa within short time she accompanied me with another unit and location. I was very satisfied with the new location and unit. I moved in over the weekend and the experience was satisfied. Thank you Lisa with your assistance.

arvid danielsThe paved grounds around the storage units are far from level a the entering and exiting a unit are difficult to move things in and out plus I tripped and fell because of that and a 170$ a month for none climate control environment seems ridiculous for the size but location is convenient I paid $90 a month for More space 3 years ago with a level lot not like the side of a cliff
Kylie HelfantI’ve frantically been looking for a temp controlled storage unit the past two weeks because I’m moving into a smaller apartment at the end of the month and no one had any available until I found one at Store It All Storage. The person I talked to (I assume the owner) was fairly quick with responses. Did all the paperwork remotely and left my key in the storage unit with a welcome note which made everything with moving so much less stressful for myself and the people helping me. The unit was clean and well maintained! It has a mark in the back corner on the floor which looks like it’s normal wear and tear from someone leaving furniture in it for a while. Overall good experience so far and I would highly recommend for price and location to Barre!
Mackenzie TyerDO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!! I wish I could give this place zero stars. I have had nothing but trouble with this place and management! Management is the absolute WORST!!! They are so rude and unprofessional, I have the emails to prove it. LISA is the absolute worst. Also they dont lock their outside doors that lead into the storage units. Per management - they have had issues with the locks so the owner said they dont want to bother with locking it anymore. So everyones storage unit is open to the public! I tried to call corporate and they were equally unprofessional and useless. Save your money and go elsewhere.
Leslie ThompsonI had this storage unit for 15 years, which cost approx $30,000. When I went to move things out a few months ago, there had been lots of standing water for years, which caused toxic mold and corrosion to my metal, cloth and wood belongings. There were also multiple mouse nests. I was never alerted that there was an issue. The majority of my things had to be hauled away by 800-GOT-JUNK. When I called the office, I believe I spoke with Lisa. Three times, I asked for a copy of the contract. She was rude and told me, twice, that it had been sent. I never received it. In looking at the original contract from Quarry Hill Storage, it stated that they were not responsible for any damage whatsoever. For this reason, I have not taken any legal action. Leslie Thompson
