Gated access and plenty of room to turn trailers around. Units are new and clean, staff and office are on site to assist.

Vanessa is amazing! She’s always so friendly and kind whenever I talk to her and she’s been great helping me with all of my units. We currently rent basically half of what they have and she helped me get on the same billing cycle for everything and has just made my life 10 times easier. Would absolutely recommend for anybody needing storage :)

Ana JuradoI do not recommend and would not use again. Not happy with my unit at Protection Self Storage. Ultimately the unit is not the size I pay them for. I pay them for a 10x10 but it is not 10 feet in ANY direction. I politely brought it up to the desk employee who did nothing to help and said no other unit would be that measurement so there was nowhere to move me. My unit is short by over 2 feet in one direction and a full foot the other way. Other than that everything else is fine. Place is clean. Customer service is fine. Location works for our needs. I’m definitely not happy with staying but moving my belongings would be much more of a hassle and expensive. I did bring it up to them prior to moving a single item into the unit. They just could not do anything to help according to the man we spoke with at the office. Perhaps someone else would’ve been more helpful but that was my experience. He did however explain variance and made sure to state that most, if not all storage companies are never exact measurements. Well interesting enough, Ive only used storage facilities twice before this and both times (different companies) my units were the size I was being charged for, I guess I just got lucky. Store here or not I just want others to be aware that you’re paying for more than you’re physically being given and other companies might give you the actual square footage you pay for. If you care, be sure to measure.
