Melissa JensenMy unit was just purchased by extra space storage. They transfer process has been a nightmare. I am called every week saying I didn't make a payment, they have no record from one person to the next, one lady lied to me and said that I told her I had to wait until I received my check to pay (not true,) then she blamed Mark saying it's Mark's fault because he didn't adequate notes. I've sent 3 bill pay checks in, and paid 2x over the phone in the last two months, and somehow, I'm still delinquent. And the rate "decrease" they gave me two months ago, somehow magically went in effect today....
