Shioban has always been extremely helpful whenever we’ve had questions or needed assistance with our units. She’s very attentive, professional, and always willing to help. Over the years she has made renting from Public Storage a very smooth and easy process for us. It’s great working with someone who truly cares about helping customers and making sure everything runs well. We really appreciate all the support she’s given us. The place is always clean and feels very secure. We will continue to use this location for our storage needs.

My mom has trouble making payments and pulling up transactions online so she likes to come in person to the location and although she can be a handful, Shioban has been a great help in making the visit warm and welcoming as well as answering all questions and concerns she may have. I would recommend this location and the customer service is stellar.!
