Public storage has been very helpful, the place is very secured, the units are very clean!! The only bad thing I can say is do not get the unit with the customer service team the company works for make sure you go directly in person or over the phone on public storage business hours. Big THANK YOU to cat, she was such a big help, very sweet!!!

Mrs. Catherine was an AMAZING employee. She definitely deserves the biggest braise or bonus. She wasn’t just nice to me and my wife, but she was also nice to others who were moving in/out. She greeted everyone on our tour, she picked up any trash on the lot. I will ABSOLUTELY recommend this location for anymore future customers just because of her. She really made me believe in kindness in businesses again. Prices are also amazing. I wouldn’t do business anywhere else.

Jacquelyn MartinezHORRIBLE HORRIBLE. Customer service is a joke. They don’t honor the discounts, but don’t worry because when you call them to kindly ask about it they hang up on you. Then if you try and contact them again they threaten you and tell you that it no longer applies. While conveniently waiting to get back to you after a day or two of the payment date. Charged an extra $50 then belittled me for not trying to make the payment online “like everyone else”. Mind you, I called to ask a question about the email initially not to make the payment. I was nothing but kind & concerned. Just to get bullied & insulted. Uncalled for. This is how they reply me for being a customer for over 2+ years along with providing them with three other loyal customers.
