Excellent service all around
The intake person that helped us to locate and reserve a storage unit was excellent/superb. She was professional, helpful, knowledgeable, patient, etc. Five star service all around. The person that handled our paper work at the actual Public Storage facility was exceptional/5 star as well.
Difficult to find someone on sight who works there.
I really like the fact that this storage facility has security cameras and is electronically secured. It could use better parking for vehicles with trailers.
