Great place to rent a storage
Although I think the cost of the lock was outrageous, it's well worth it. The place is clean, lots of security with cameras everywhere and gated entry. The staff is friendly, courteous, and a pleasure to deal with!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at Extra Space Storage thanks to Yvonne and Victoria. They were both incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Yvonne went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly, and Victoria was just as helpful and attentive throughout the process. They made what could have been a stressful experience easy and pleasant. Outstanding customer service—highly recommend this location!

Terry GThe people who work here are nice and helpful. However, as noted in other reviews, the facility has ongoing problems. There are regular ongoing issues with the doors and elevators. More importantly, extraspace pricing is bait and switch. They off super low intro rates then in just a few months the dramatically increase prices. For example, I have had my unit for about 4 months and I just got a notification they are increasing my rate from 155 to 233. That is a 51% increase. When I go online and check their prices for a similar unit the "web rate" is 110 and if you go into the office it is 200. This is just not this location it is what extraspace does. Public Storage does the same.
J CThe Staff can be friendly. But this particular storage facility has had continuing issues with malfunctioning elevators and non-working entry doors. The real problem is that ExtraSpace Storage pricing is Classic BAIT and SWITCH! Really inexpensive introductory rates are offered on the website (much more expensive onsite in the office) and then a couple of months later the prices increase outrageously. I had 2 different units for 3 or 4 months and received a POSTCARD notification of monthly increases of 118% ($38 to $83) and of 120% ($55 to $121)! Then just 6 months later, more totally outrageous monthly increases (Again, another 4” x 5” POSTCARD Notification) of 119% ($83 to $182) and of 99% ($121 to $241)!! So, IN LESS THAN A YEAR, PRICE GOUGING increases of 379% ($38 to 182) and of 338% ($55 to $241)!!! Texas has State Laws against PRICE GOUGING, and I am contacting the office of the Texas Attorney General, Ken Paxton.
