Well here's an update.With exception from Arturo and Angel in the front who have been very helpful.But the insurance we pay for doesn't cover anything.There is a beetle infestation on the 3rd floor the gentlemen in the front said it was from another unit having deer feed and all my stuff got ruined couches,clothes ,bed and furniture was all. infested.The lady from the insurance said it's not considered damaged and told me it could be wiped off.Were not talking about one or two were talking about hundreds.So my loss was over 5000 dollars and they couldn't compensate me for anything.I cant take the stuff home because I just remodeled my home and we have a newborn Baby in the house.These beetles are still alive and multiplying.I guess she was insinuating that I should wipe everything down myself but like I said they are all over the place.So I would think twice about moving into this storage and there's the pictures prove it.They are also on the hallway.Four years of paying insurance and storage and now I have two weeks to get out and get rid of everything.I called the number it just transfers me to the same location where I have the problem at.

So we were having trouble opening our door and we wet downstairs to see if they could help us . 6 mins til 6.00 pm and she had already locked the door . We tried getting her att just to ask a quick question and she pretended that she didn’t see USA d walked away. When we stepped away she came back out to punch out . Customer service at it’s finest

Huge thank you to Angel, he was super helpful and as a first time using storage space with no knowledge, he was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions! I’d definitely recommend whoever needs extra storage to go with him! 10/10!

Never before visited this location. Probably the most modern and secure storage building I have ever been in. The security is a plus for sure!! Staff was friendly and you always felt like a valued customer, even if you were in line waiting for your turn. Clean as far as I could tell, inside and out. Thank you all again with and for the help!! 🙏🏼

This extra space storage facility is very clean and organised. The staff person working in the front named Angel helped me out a lot with all of the concerns and questions I had. He was very kind and helpful, so that I left with no problems. Thank you for that.
