Great storage , wonderful manager! James is always cleaning , does lots of walk arounds checking the building making sure everything is good for customers any issues I’ve had he went above and beyond to get it taken care of ! Best storage facility in the area

Gary ReedStopped in to inquire about a storage unit. No one at the counter but they were in a back room, so I went over and made myself known. He gets very defensive and gruff, growling at me that I shouldn’t be there. I apologized, saying I was just trying to get someone’s attention and added that he didn’t have to be so rude about it. At which point he squared up on me and said that it was his business and he could be rude if he wanted to. I ended the conversation and said I’ll check elsewhere for storage to which he answered that’s probably a good thing. I left and he locked the door behind me.
Nostalgic TimesTerrible communication, we have attempted to get a hold of the front office for several days now and we have called over 10 times collectively between myself and my father to get into our unit and request information. We now found out our keys don’t work to our lock and needed help with that but management has been gone for over 40 minutes. Good rates but terrible communication.
