Worst place ever!!!!!!!!!! I would rate 0 stars if j could… I WILL NOT be waste my money on this place ever again. The management is not useful or helpful. they never know anything. I was moved to the second building because their rate got stupid high. Once I was at the second unit, we started having so many issues. Their AC never worked; it was hot all the time in the building, and my stuff started to get moldy due to the heat and humidity in there. AC did not get fixed, then the RATS started to show up... DISGUSTING, there was rat poop everywhere, and nothing was ever cleaned. Then the management told us they were waiting on the lowest bid to come in because they were not going to pay high prices after we were being charged a lot of money.. Called corporate customer to get a refund for me moving out early due to their RAT problems and was told they were not going to help and dropped the call on me when i asked to speak to a manager!! To be-told by customer service that i signed up to paying rent to a rat infested place was my fault was just ridiculously frustrating and enraging!!!

UPDATE!!! Went to empty out my unit earlier this week and found a huge dead rat on the floor as I took the last box out. Then, as we were leaving we could hear them and when we looked up they were running and climbing the rafters on top of the units!!! Horrible! Rat infestation in the climate controlled buildings. There is rat urine and feces all over the things in my storage unit and I'm sure many other people's as I can see where everyone is just sweeping all the crap out of their units all into the hallways. Managers and people in the office are aware and they do not care nor are they even attempting to clean or do anything about it. The whole building reeks of urine.They give you the "pest clause" run around to wash their hands of any responsibility. This is disgusting and wrong. Will be calling the health department, BBB and whoever I can. It's not about the money I know I won't solve anything in that aspect, it's about running an unsanitary and unprofessional business with no care nor action to correct this.

This Public Storage location is very clean and in a great, convenient area. The property itself is well-maintained and easy to access. As someone new to using storage, I do wish management had taken a little more time to explain how to access my lock and key. There was no one on-site when I needed assistance, so I had to call customer service for help. Other than that minor issue, everything else went smoothly and I’ve had no problems.

I just wanna say that Mr. Joshua Murray was very kind to my mother and I when we needed some help at the storage unit, We were trying to buy a mattress to the top of our truck but we didn’t have anything to tie it down with. We asked him if he could help us if maybe he had some leftover rope or string. He immediately went to his vehicle and found a tiedown latch that he had in his car he brought it back and helped us tie down our mattress and then told us we could keep it!! How super kind is that?? We really appreciate his generosity!

5 Stars for Joshua! Seriously the best customer service I've ever received at a public storage. He was professional, helpful, and welcoming. Public Storage is lucky to have him! Thank you for the great experience.
