RomanI don’t usually leave reviews but I felt I needed to because of this extremely rude lady named Cat one of the managers at this location. We were having trouble getting through the gate because we couldn’t find out code to get in and she was absolutely no help. She didn’t seem happy to be there and did care to help us figure out how to resolve the issue at hand. Instead she threatened to call the cops on us if we didn’t leave and proved no further assistance for us. What I had to end up doing was that I called customer support where they were happy to help us in getting our gate code. Walked us through what we needed to do and we were able to figure it out in less than 10 minutes with no troubles at all. Overall great over the phone experience but terrible management on the store behalf would not recommend signing a unit with the manager Cat, very rude and disrespectful women!!
