PROPERTY MANAGER IS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL
THIS IS BY FAR ONE OF THE WORST EXPERINCES THAT I HAVE HAD RENTING A STORAGE UNIT. I MADE A RESERVATION ON LINE AND WHEN I WENT INTO THE OFFICE TO COMPLETE THE RENTAL THE MANAGER, I THINK HER NAME IS CYNTHIA WAS RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, CONDESCENDING AND OVERALL HAD A REALLY NEGATIVE ENERGY. I HATE DEALING WITH SOMEONE THAT IS RUDE AND DISSRESPECTFUL, BUT I HATE IT MORE WHEN THE PERSON IS YOUNGER THAN ME AND SHOWS NO HOME TRAINING. FURTHERMORE, I'M SPENDING MY HARD EARNED MONEY! THAT LEADS ME TO ANOTHER POINT. THEY WENT UP ON MY RENT AFTER 60 DAYS AND SHE CLAIMED IT WAS DUE TO THE MARKET DEMAND OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT. MY RENT ALMOST DOUBLED!! I FEEL LIKE THIS IS EITHER A BAIT AND SWITCH APPROACH TO RENTING THE UNITS OR MAYBE SHE IS BEING VENDICTIVE DUE TO THE FACT THAT I CALLED HER OUT ABOUT BEING RUDE!! I WOULD NOT RENT AT THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN!!! THEY NEED TO HIRE A MORE SEASONED AND MATURE PERSON TO BE THE PROPERTY MANAGER.

Mrs. Kat is amazing and I am giving this young lady her flowers. Anytime I needed to understand anything or if I had any questions she answered every question with patience and all. She deserves a raise honestly. Mrs. Kat is very professional and kind. If this thing had 100 stars I would give it to her. Customer service is a 100. I can't complain about this location at all.
Fusioncash B.I came here after having a long rough day from loading the Uhaul by myself, but Ms. Kat really helped me get situated put a smile on my face and she really lifted my spirit. She made sure I had a clean unit, and everything. I am truly thankful for her help. I feel like she went above and beyond. Ms. Kat was amazing!

Pearlene Ewells08/31/2025 @ 9:30am First woke up on the wrong side of the bed. Then I had to go move a my belongings to another storage unit today. BUMMER! I get to Public Storage this morning and not sure what to expect from the receptionist there at Public Storage. I was greeted with the warmest morning mood ever! I get to the desk and replied with at ease Good Morning! Not only did I get a great demeanor this morning. Cynthia also helped me with storing my belongings in a very quick professional manner. I was relived by the way Cynthia handle the process for my unit and my belongings. Thanks again Cynthia for the wonderful customer service experience this morning! My day has been great!!! ;0)
