I had a wonderful experience at Public Storage m thanks to Kaitlin and Heather. They were extremely patient, professional, and helpful, and took the time to answer all my questions. Their friendly attitude made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate their help — thank you both so much!

Horrible storage. I used, today I moved out. Rats are everywhere. So many rats I don't even want the things that I had stored there. Plus this storage went up in price so many times that I would not ever recommend anyone using them. Horrible place, worker are aware of rat infestation and says there is always someone filing claims. Use at your own risk but I would not use them ever again. Employee inside location was apologizing and helpful with information...ladies he called for assistance were inpatient and just rude. I filed a claim because of things eaten and damaged by rats. Horrible, horrible and more horrible

Girl in the office with braids has zero customer service skills. Almost never smiles, is rude and abrupt. My special needs friend moved her things out of storage today. After the storage unit was bone dry I asked for proof that we moved out. She said she couldn’t provide proof because the young ladies name wasn’t on the account. All she had to do was look st the authorized uses and see her name. Beyond that, so you let someone empty out a storage unit without verifying they are authorized? The level of dumb with that lady is more than should be allowed for anyone with a customer-facing role.

Only stayed a few months and storage rent went up so I decided to move out. At the time I was definitely late on rent (like two weeks) but I end up paying it and since I was late on rent so they removed my lock and placed a combination lock on it and placed a brand new lock in my unit and when opening the unit I noticed the lock and keys on the floor so I picked up the lock and packed my items. Once I finished I went to the office to return their locks (BOTH LOCKS) informed I was moving out and returning the locks and first he told me I would be responsible for February full rent and I moved out February 1,2026 before noon which also tried the day before on January 31, 2026 with no access to the building so I had to wait until the 1st… Second he claimed the computers were down so he couldn’t remove the lock but promised once it was back running it would be removed.. I refuse to pay February rent when nothing I had in that unit stayed not one day/night in February. I also returned a lock they are still charging me for.. listen these people are straight scammers trying to hit a lick, I think they was mad I moved out I guess ***Update*** Got a phone call from David the DM over there and he immediately corrected the problem and sincerely apologized over and over and that gave me the trust back from public storage again thanks David I really appreciate it and I will definitely bring my business back to public storage

I have had a unit here for over a year now....and I don't want to go anywhere else! The building is always super clean and well kept! I believe that my belongings are MUCH safer here than they were at some other local facilities. Chyneen has been super helpful in getting the best rate that I can....THANK YOU! I had someone break into my car and take my storage and work keys....Chyneen has also been very helpful with solutions. Don't go anywhere else for your storage needs!
