I was going to leave a one star on the lady today that was so unprofessional. I just need you to know that is not how you handle any kind of customer that is already irritated. You could e kindly just let me claim my auction but you couldn’t! You even had my storage treasures account suspended. That is the only website that I trust to buy my auctions that pays my bills. I have a resale store that I’m suppose to have a grand opening too this weekend now I have to find other ways to supply my store. I really appreciate that! I gave you a five star not because you deserve it but because I am the bigger person! I pray blessings over you and your family! I pray that anything I lost money wise today that it gets returned to you not me! I also pray that you will learn compassion and understanding because today you showed none at all! I’m really praying I get a called from upper management so I can claim what I’ve already paid for. Sad because I also rent from public storage and never had my manager even raised a voice to anyone. Maybe she needs to train you! Just saying! God bless you ma’am!
