🐾 Clawdia Travels Review 📍 Public Storage Clawdia stopped by during a bit of a “life happens fast” moment—and found a facility that was clean, secure, and backed by truly standout customer service. We ended up renting two units in a pinch, and overall, the experience was a good one—with a few things worth noting depending on your needs. 🐾 The Experience: The facility itself is very clean and feels extremely secure—almost too secure at times. Our units were on different floors (3rd and 4th), and there’s no direct access between floors, so moving between them required going down to the 1st floor and back up again. Not a dealbreaker, but definitely something to be aware of if you’re managing multiple units. When we first moved in, the elevator system was a bit tricky. You had a very short window to unlock it, get inside, and select your floor, or you had to start over. This improved by the time we moved out, but it can still slow things down during a big move. They do provide flatbed carts (usually 1–2 per elevator), which are extremely helpful, and there are dedicated parking spots at the elevator entrances. Since everything is inside a drive-in building, it’s convenient—but on busy days, it can create some congestion if other customers aren’t mindful. The units themselves were clean, well-maintained, and easy to access. The included lock is a nice touch, and the motion-sensor lighting works well once you know to step into the hallway to activate it. Move-in and move-out were both quick and seamless, which made a stressful situation much easier. 🐾 The Standout: The best part of the entire experience was Jacob. From the beginning, he was patient, helpful, and took the time to explain how everything worked. When it came time to move out, he was just as supportive—even going above and beyond to help with a difficult situation involving a heavy item that needed to be handled. I’m new to Public Storage and I had second thoughts when I ran in to the lady that works here Chrissy, she was extremely rude both times I visited. She did apologize but you don’t address customers that way. I was really thinking of switching places then I came back to my unit and I was working with Jacob. He is super nice and extremely helpful, so because of him I will be staying. This facility is very clean and easy to access. Thank you Jacob for what you do!

Came in to downsize my unit and Chrissy was there with a huge smile even have my son something to occupy himself while we switched over units. She realized right away his uneasyness and helped make him feel comfortable. While we were there the exit gate was broke and there was so many people there and Chrissy held it together and took care of everyone and kept apologizing for the inconvenience. I would recommend y'all just because of Chrissy. Thank you Chrissy for making our experience wonderful.
