We had a great experience at Extra Space Storage! The manager went above and beyond to help us when we were in a bind. We lost the key to our lock, and she kindly cut it for us without charging anything. She was incredibly polite, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process. Excellent customer service like this is hard to come by. Highly recommend this location!
Danielle LinesFrom a facility standpoint, I would say it's average for storage units I suppose. The photos will show the quality on the inside. The photos show that someone could actually get to your stuff from the other side if you stack it too high. They need to fix some things falling down. I never hear air or feel it coming from the vent, and the screws stick out so much, I would consider it dangerous. From a customer service standpoint, they get a 5 star. I have been trying to move my stuff out for several months, but for one reason or another, couldn't. They worked with me on price, and haven't kicked me out. I have just been going month to month. They are always kind and respectful. From a cost perspective, they are comparable to others, and probably a little cheaper, but be sure to ask when your "promotional" price is ending so you aren't caught off guard as I was. Overall, they get 4 stars because I don't live here and will be gone this month and won't have to worry about any of the inside stuff anymore. But the staff has been very nice and accommodating.

Very accommodating, professional. I was able to get into the storage in less than an hour. I love that there is a app you can download to open the gate with just a push of the button on your phone! So easy.
