Customer service was top notch. Juan was training and did a great job. When he got a little stuck, Ed jumped in and was very pleasant, professional and thorough. They both answered all my questions and sold me on the lock lol. I also got to speak with Stephanie on the phone. She also went above and beyond and attempted to help me over the phone as their systems were down. Everyone seems to be extremely nice. The price was also lower than most for the size unit I needed. My only complain would be not being able to process my purchase online or on the app.

CubeSmart recently changed over to Public Storage and there is more than one person in the office, which is a relief. There were many times during business hours that there was no staff or just stand-in staff when under CubeSmart that I would attempt to go to the office for questions. I don't remember the names of the other 2 employees that helped me at Public Storage, but Rainey was helpful in letting me know what to use to log into the app and helped me sign a new lease agreement due to the change.
