I like this place, overall. The staff is friendly. The place is clean and my stuff is safe. I would like to see carts available on every visit. That is a challenge, at times. The pricing is reasonable but, the continual increase in price is making it less reasonable, through time. I understand the balance of running all aspects of a business while also making it affordable for customers. However, being more transparent on this is necessary. If those 2 items are addressed, I believe the 5 star rating is accurate.

I was fortunate enough to find great storage facility on my first try. The facility is clean, safe, and reasonably priced. The manager, Jimmy has been accomadatingto me each time I called and actually returns phone calls. Good area of town as well. See a movie just across the street.

Fen is a great person and wonderful manager. He took care of everything I needed. Jimmy has great customer service skills and good at communicating and answering my questions.

Jimi has been very helpful to me. I am a senior and had some difficulty managing the whole storage process. He helped me get through the problems with gates and doors and codes. He is patient and professional. I’d recommend them for sure.

No idea how this place got decent reviews. Another unit next to ours leaked into mine our unit and cost us thousands of dollars in damage. Because public wouldn’t acknowledge that another unit leaked into ours we weren’t able to file a claim with insurance… Jimmy that works there does not care about anyone else whatsoever and is extremely rude. He refused to help us despite acknowledging there was a leak from another unit next that destroyed our stuff. Would not trust leaving your belongings here.
