The 5 star rating is for the incredible care I receive from Jasmin everytime I see her on location. She has impeccable customer service skills and is always willing to go above and beyond to help. Public storage is lucky to have an employee like Jasmin. I hope the company takes care of her, the way she takes care of the customers. Thank you Jasmin!

Jasmin (Property manager) really helped us out today! We needed to preview the size of the storage units before renting as we needed to make sure that all of our schools PTA stuff will fit. She was extremely helpful and very pleasant to be around. She was a rockstar through the whole process of adding a TAX ID and helping us get the unit that worked best for our school. We can’t thank her enough for all her help. The kiosk thing however is weird. The lady that helped us via the kiosk was super sweet but having an actual person to walk you around and help was the best! Thank you Jasmin!

Do not rent a unit at 10410 E. NW Hwy. They cannot keep the basement from flooding, one of my units was broken into and cleaned out, and Public Storage customer service is below horrible. You know it is bad when the police can’t even reach the people responsible for the site to continue their investigation. BTW: The floor is discolored due to the chemical reaction from the repeated flooding, and it smells of mildew.

"Very Disappointing Experience" I rented a unit and quickly realized it was too small after just one day. I was told I could transfer to a larger unit, but I was still charged for both units, which made no sense—it didn’t feel like a true transfer. On top of that, I was forced to buy a second lock, even though my first one was only a day old. I was also charged for insurance on both units, despite only needing one. The whole process felt confusing and frustrating. I expected better customer service and more transparency. Would not recommend. I plan to speak to a manager today; if the situation is rectified I will update my review. Update: Manager did reach out after this review and refunded my money. Changing from 1 start to 3.

psettingly, although this unit is supposed to be climate controlled, many of the things in our 5x5 storage unit on the ground floor at this location were ruined secondary to water accumulation and mold build up in our unit. We are preparing for a wedding and many of our wedding valuables and decorations are ruined. Also included was a family heirloom of fine china. Suitcases, travel bags, wall decor, etc. are all unusable now. Nothing we could have foreseen occurring as we were assured this would be climate controlled. Would not recommend. I will hope that the company will stand by their values and morals and remedy the situation appropriately.
