He not only took the time to listen to my concerns, but he addressed them in ways that went above and beyond my expectations. Not to mention he did it impressively fast. I wouldn’t describe myself as a difficult customer, but I’m definitely not easy to impress. Yet Jeremiah, the district manager, managed to exceed every expectation I had. His professionalism, communication, and efficiency made the entire experience smooth and stress free. I also want to extend a sincere thank‑you to CEO Joseph D. Russell, Jr. and to Jeremiah for their outstanding support, customer service, and dedication. Their commitment to excellence truly sets this location apart. He's amazing at providing clarification and so detailed oriented. Jason is so kind and personable. I am glad he pointed me in the right direction regarding the unit I needed this go around. Hey hey I am so happy about deciding on public storage. Well, particularly this one here in Carrollton on Keller Springs. It’s really close to where I’m gonna be moving so I’ll have access to my things if needed. I wasn’t quite able to visualize the size of the storage unit so I decided to come in in hopes that I could do a tour. The property manager, Jason happily took me to see two different units. I realized just how necessary that was because I had a 5 x 10 reserved And that would’ve never served me well for how much furniture I have. So I decided to go bigger. He gave me a complete itemized breakdown of my expenses with both plans so I can think on it. But he held a unit to secure. It’s better to stay ready since I have to get ready! Lol The prices are really really good. Last year I was paying about $100 more for the same size unit at another place. This is truly a godsend.
