Chad MagillPublic Storage has lost my trust and my business. I rented a space at a "promotional" rate, with no indication that the pricing would change and even says on their website that you lock in the pricing and won't change even if the prices go up later. They require you use autopay, then six months later jack the prices up 200%, then another 50% 3 months later, without so much as a phone call. Poor property manager has no control over pricing and is forced to take the brunt of burned customers' frustration. Shame on you Public Storage .
