Great place but the sloop sucks
I would absolutely never recommend this location. I'm not even sure how they are still operating when nobody is there . We came on Saturday, January 17th to clean out our unit and when I went to turn in the keys, the door was locked and there was no sign when they would be back. So I went on the app and scheduled a close out. I get a text the same week saying I still owe money so I called the office. I was told I didn't get the lock and give it back to them. I told them nobody was there and they give me some excuse about how sometimes the property manager may need to go on lunch or run errands which I understand but the smart thing to do would to put a sign up for they would be back or to have more then 1 person working. Since I moved a hour away, the manager told me I could schedule a appointment with them for the following weekend ( February 7th) to come by and fully close out the unit . I told her I would need to ask my husband what time worked best and she said that would be fine, just call back and leave a voicemail if nobody answered so that is what I did. I left a voicemail stating 12pm but we were running 10 minutes late and when we got there , what do you know! Nobody was there! The shades were pulled down, the lights were off and the door was locked. We had to go the Dollar Tree to get a box of envelopes to leave the key and lock in the Dropbox ( by the way, you may want to provide those for customers) and we dumped them in the box.
Robert was great to work with—punctual, professional, and clearly takes pride in his work. I really appreciated the attention to detail and would absolutely recommend him.
I would like to commend Robert for his kindness and prompt assistance with my ongoing issue of having to pay my rental fee at the end of the month due to my employment pay schedule. Although my issue is out of his hands, he has gone above and beyond to reach out and advise me of alternatives and has always been nice, kind, and understanding. He has a pleasant personality and that's what customer service is about. Kuddos to Robert👏👏

The worst storage unit I have ever rented. I have made a late payment and when I try to access the unit the keys they provided do not work. We were locked out illegally of our storage unit. The man manager said it would be weeks until we would be able to get another lock. Like we are paying to get access and they lock me out without notifying manger was giving me number that did not work. They are holding my stuff hostage with no balance!!!! I would 100 times prefer extra space storage than this garbage !!
