I’m traveling and needed to make my payment, so I stopped by the Public Storage in Carrollton (Denton Rd) and was lucky enough to have Carlos assist me. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and listened well. Carlos was the epitome of professional and deserves the accolades I’m giving to him. Thank you, Carlos, for your excellent service!

I just wanted to say thank you to district manager Emma, who went above and beyond for me when I thought I was gonna lose it all and lose my storage not being able to make a payment because the state I’m in all Public Storage’s are cashless. She was so very patient with me as I figured out a way to put money on my card to make a payment. I am forever grateful to her for taking the time out of her busy schedule to stop and assist me and help me successfully make my payment if you see this Emma thank you so very much For everything. I am extremely disappointed with how this company handled my situation. When I went through a hardship, instead of compassion or understanding, I was met with rudeness and dismissiveness. I only asked for a short extension until September 30th to pay my balance in full and return the keys. I even explained that my late mother’s belongings—her clothing, funeral items, and childhood photos—were still in the unit. As her only child, these items are irreplaceable. Instead of working with me, I was told my unit was already going to auction. Carlos, in particular, was extremely combative and unprofessional in every interaction. Rather than listening, he spoke defensively and made the process unnecessarily stressful. Erika also informed me that there was nothing that could be done, despite my clear explanation. To make matters worse, there are many times when no staff are present in the office during business hours. I have timestamped photos to prove this. As someone who works in property management, I know this is unacceptable—someone should always be available to help customers. This entire experience left me feeling disrespected, unheard, and deeply distraught. Losing personal belongings under these circumstances, especially items tied to my late mother, has caused me significant emotional pain. I would strongly caution anyone considering using this facility.
