Efficient, clean, fit my needs
Free truck to move my stuff was amazing. Customer service was outstanding. Gates were broken so I drove right in. Next time I came by the gates were fixed. Came by ten days later and gates were wide open. I'm assuming they were broken again. I'm not too concerned about it due to site having security cameras. I recommend uncle Bob's. The only downside is you can only access your locker until 10 pm. Would like to see 24 hour access. I'm sure there is a reason they don't do that. Probably don't want people living in there.

Website online renting a unit was so easy. The Crystal Springs Bedford location is always very clean and climate control keeps my furniture and things in good condition. Alicia was very professional, excellent with all my questions and manages everything quickly and efficiently.

The facilities are always clean from the street through the buildings and the units themselves. T presence of an on site manager is a welcome experience. The site I moved from had only a sporadic manager even during office hours, doors and elevators frequently needing maintenance and they were never quickly resolved. When an issue arises at your facility it is quickly addressed and repairs are completed quickly. Keep up the good work?

I went directly to the front office and Alicia was super helpful with getting me a larger unit. She quickly found an available unit and we got it squared away on the spot with no headache. Highly recommend this storage facility.
