Better and Better!
The manager was very helpful, answered all of my questions and then some. Seems to like the 'personal touch' in communication, rather than the more common approach today, with technology. I love computers, but some things are best said in the spoken word. It is immaculate here, compared to other storage that I have seen. I love the locks here, they seem safer than what I last used which was not safe, had my storage broken into several times! The thieves even changed my lock! I feel this Storage is much safer.
Customer service was out of this world
The gentleman that helped me was very quick and efficient with getting me a storage unit that day. I wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t feeling well and he made the process easy to understand, I appreciate him taking the time to help me understand a few things and I appreciated him getting me in and out quickly.

Jared, the employee I had the pleasure of working with, went above and beyond! He took time and gave great customer service and showed interest in sincerely getting my questions and request answered! I really appreciate that. Even when I didn’t think anything would go forward and I had just decided to move to another storage company, I was happily surprised, when I received a call that Jared (I think worked behind the scenes) got what I requested done. He went out of his way to follow up after noticing that our unit appeared unsecured, just to make sure everything was properly closed out and that our account was fully taken care of. His communication was proactive, clear, and genuinely helpful — it was obvious he cared about doing things the right way and looking out for customers. We really appreciated him reaching out and making sure there were no loose ends. Great customer service all around.

He took the time to explain the proper steps to the move out process. Great customer service is always a plus. The staff at the front desk are always smiling and happy to answer any questions. Great overall experience aside from the price hike but I understand they have to keep up with rising costs while still bringing value to us, the customer. Keep that in mind. There are plenty of cheaper storage places within a 20 mile radius, but as the old saying goes "you get what you pay for". Thanks again Jared not just for doing your job, but for doing it at a high level.
Jon BrownThis place is run by Jared, and he is ABSOLUTELY AWESOME. My #1 concern was my stuff being safe, and this place is being very competently & safely run by Jared, & he's a GREAT guy. I had lots of complicated changes & questions for him after a year of being here, and he helped me out and got everything taken care in an INSTANT. I was kinda worried about management not working with me on changing units/insurance/etc and it all could not have gone smoother. If you want your stuff to be in a reliable, safe, competently run storage unit facility with GREAT customer service - this is your spot! Been here a year and not leaving anytime soon. Thanks Jared!
