The only downside was that you have to pay for their own lock, insurance and another fee. So when they tell you, the first month is free, it is, but you still have to come to the table at about $65..

TL;DR - Pro- if you live in the area...location is ideal. Overall location clean and never too busy. Plenty of parking and multiple entey points to inside storage. Staff were cool. Cons - very few carts and they are hard to find. Dead bugs make it look less clean inside, mouse traps dont help (thank god no dead mice were in them. Eeeyuck.) Construction aside.... Cubesmart location is ideal. Cleanliness could be a smidge better. It's always gross seeing dead bugs in corners and mice traps in places. There arent nearly enough carts and you have to go hunting for them and you dont always find one in your building. That's annoying. Basically it's the little things that I am not a fan of because they got most of the big things right.

Denise is amazing at Cube Smart, very knowledgeable, great customer service (Something Public Storage is severely lacking - the one off Hwy 360 N. Arlington, Crystal has a terrible attitude). I felt Denise was very transpa rent in providing information. 5 stars! 🤩
