Itz HollywooodThe positive reviews regarding Don's service are accurate; he maintained the storage facility impeccably and was consistently helpful and courteous. Unfortunately, due to internal changes, Don is no longer employed here. Since his departure, the quality of service has significantly declined. Rent increases occur frequently, the gates are often locked without notice, and the staff is unhelpful and discourteous, parking in front of facilities, covering the 24-7 hours, and so much more. The facility's appearance has also deteriorated noticeably. In conclusion, I cannot recommend this storage unit. I believe choosing an alternative will save you time, money, and considerable frustration.
maxJust moved in and had zero problems! The area is secure and neat. My unit was clean and a lock is even provided. Aubree answered all my questions and got me sorted in just a few minutes. I actually reserved my unit online from across the state. Seamless all around!
