He was extremely knowledgeable about the units, prices, and about the company’s policies. He was forthcoming with information. The unit was clean, and there was a welcome bag that contained a pen, a koozie, information material, and a stainless steel disc padlock. It was evident there was a high priority on customer satisfaction. My expectations were exceeded, and I would rent from them again, with no hesitation
