Friendly and helpful
I had just bought my first Travel Trailer and was in a rush to find a place to store it before closing time. I saw this facility had a spot open and reserved it. Cynthia called me as I was on my way there and said she would be waiting. She got me all signed in quickly then showed me the spot, and even helped me grab some stones to cock the wheels because I had forgot to purchase some in my rush. She also suggested a hitch lock, something I hadn't thought about but am glad to now have. Friendly, helpful, professional. Highly recommend.

CubeSmart Storage was a blessing for me as I transition my “Snowbird “ move from the coldest place ever Pennsylvania to My winter home Knoxville Tennessee (GO VOL’S 🧡) Keisha is amazing, kind, very welcoming and made my process easy, She is so friendly and again kind and welcoming! I would say one of the nicest people I have met since coming back to East Tennessee 🧡 During my transition I found a CubeSmart facility that was more convenient and much closer so I stopped in and was greeted by Alexandra who was extremely friendly, welcoming ,kind and very helpful in transferring my storage area to the one closer to my daughter, she made this so easy and notified the other location that I would be transferring. She was Very Helpful and cancelled my Order for the Wrong Lication and My internet Search Said No Location in Powell Tn but that is its street Address maybe a Note to Goggle Will update that Mistake Sincerely EDW A Clymer
