The units themselves are clean, gates work, etc. However good luck trying to reach someone at this location. Also they go from the original rental rate to over $100 above current rental rates they offer if you rent long term. I never had this issue with other places I have rented a storage unit. It is like they do not want business. Update: The general manager, Brett, and I connected. He was very nice and understanding but the most important thing is he made it right.
Jidong ZhongThe lady who manages this location is great, however, would not recommend the company as a whole. Rent keeps getting increased. The "temperature controlled" unit was very cold in the winter and very hot in the summer. Sometimes you come and the gate is just wide open.
